Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 29, 2026

The short version

myTruckOS only uses the cookies it needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering which company you're viewing, checking a sign-up isn't a bot, and completing a payment securely. We don't use ads, analytics or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, this page and a consent prompt will change first.

Cookies we set

Local storage (not a cookie)

Your browser's light/dark theme preference is remembered in your browser's localStorage, not a cookie — it never leaves your device or reaches our servers. Some page filters (e.g. a collapsed dashboard card) may work the same way.

Controlling cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings, but since every cookie myTruckOS sets is required for the app to work, blocking them will prevent you from signing in.

Changes to this policy

If we add anything beyond strictly-necessary cookies in the future (analytics, product usage tracking, etc.), we'll update this page and add a consent prompt before that cookie is ever set.
